Let’s make some blood orange margaritas. These margaritas taste like the colors of a setting sun! #ad Each sip is filled with the tangy sweetness of @beesweetcitrus Royal Red Oranges, the zesty kick of tequila, the bright acidity of fresh limes, the delicate sweetness of a bit of simple syrup, and a pinch of salt to make all the flavors pop. Ingredients:
2 oz. freshly squeezed @beesweetcitrus Royal Red Oranges
2 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. simple syrup, or more if you prefer a sweeter marg.
1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
add a pinch of kosher salt into the drink before you shake too, to make the flavors pop!
Sparkling water (optional for topping)
Kosher salt or tajin/Margarita salt for the rim
3-5 ice cubes or one clear square ice cube

Cut a notch in a lime wedge, then run the lime around the rim of a glass. Dip the edge of the rim into a plate of salt (or for a festive look, use Tajin or Margarita Salt).
Single drink: Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until cold. Strain the margarita into the glass with the salted rim. Fill the glass with ice, top it with sparkling water (optional), and serve.
Pitcher: Place 1 ½ cups tequila, 3/4 cups orange juice, ¾ cup blood orange juice, 1 cup Cointreau, 1 cup lime juice, ½ cup simple syrup in a pitcher. Add three large handfuls of ice and stir until cold. Top with sparkling water (optional).
Blended: add all ingredients into a blender, add 1 cup of ice, and blend until slushy, adjust ice/liquid as needed to get the desired consistency. Pour into prepared glasses and serve!

Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. Best Foods Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup champagne vinegar (or vinegar of choice)
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- ½ lemon, juice (~1-2 tbsp.)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salad:
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 cups spring mix
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half or quartered
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 3-4 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snap peas, halved lengthwise
- 1-2 avocado, sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cups diced chicken (use rotisserie for ease)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or chopped into small ½-inch pieces
- Fresh dill, optional for garnishing
Directions: 1. In a bowl or mason jar, whisk together the Best Foods Mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake. Then drizzle in olive oil, whisk or shake again until combined and emulsified. 2. Assemble the salad. Add the lettuce to a large plate, and then add all remaining salad ingredients on top in rows or however you’d like to present it. Drizzle with dressing or serve on the side. Enjoy!🫶🏻

Baby Sleep update! ✨

Just a little over a month ago I was up 3-5 times a night breastfeeding Carianne and running on zero energy. I knew I needed help when I was crying multiple times throughout the day and just not functioning optimally. I wasn’t being the best wife, mom, sister, friend etc. I could be and I was defeated. I got help from @sleepwise.kaitlin @sleepwiseconsulting & in literally one night of sleep training, CJ was sleeping 11-12 hours straight. I am still in disbelief!! it was like magic 🤣🥳 I had so much support from Kaitlin and can’t recommend her enough, she’s a mama of 3 (she just had her 3rd!!🥹) and her advise was a game changer. I’m a rested and happy mama now and couldn’t be happier. My husband was also such a great support during this whole process I couldn’t do it without him. My only regret is not reaching out to get help sooner!! I thought being a second time mom I knew what I was doing but I needed the help. I was in the thick of it for a solid 6 months. Now our baby girl is happy and rested and so are we. If you’re in it right now too, I see you. I know how long those days and nights are.
