pork tenderloin

Chianti

minced garlic
splash of low sodium soy sauce
dash of pepper and garlic powder

Instructions
Place pork tenderloin in your crock pot with all of the ingredients listed above.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, and then keep on warm until ready to eat. The liquid makes a great au jus as well so don't throw it out! :)
