Slow Cook Chianti Pork Tenderloin


  • 2 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Chianti
  • 3 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • splash of low sodium soy sauce
  • dash of pepper and garlic powder


  • Place pork tenderloin in your crock pot with all of the ingredients listed above.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, and then keep on warm until ready to eat. The liquid makes a great au jus as well so don't throw it out! :)
