- Preheat oven to 425° F. 
- Line a baking sheet with foil. 
- Break up cauliflower into popcorn size pieces with your hands or a small knife. Place cauliflower pieces onto baking sheet. Break up any larger pieces you may see. 
- Drizzle olive oil y on top of cauliflower pieces. Then season with turmeric, salt and garlic powder. Toss together with a spoon so your hands don't get stained yellow from the turmeric! 
- Place in oven and cook for ~20-25 minutes or until tender and roasted. Enjoy!
