Cinnamon & Walnut Stuffed Pears


  • 2 pears halved and centers scooped out
  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • Optional: Greek yogurt or ice cream


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In an oven safe dish, place the halved, scooped out pears in the bottom on the dish. Fill the center with walnuts first, and then top with sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pears become slightly tender. Serve alone, or with optional yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
