Cinnamon & Walnut Stuffed Pears

halved and centers scooped out
dark brown sugar
Optional: Greek yogurt or ice cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In an oven safe dish, place the halved, scooped out pears in the bottom on the dish. Fill the center with walnuts first, and then top with sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until pears become slightly tender. Serve alone, or with optional yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
