  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered peanut butter (or 3 Tbsp. regular creamy peanut butter)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ice


  • Blend all ingredients in a powerful blender until smooth, about 30 seconds. Garnish with more cinnamon and banana slices & enjoy immediately!



You can use 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter instead of powdered peanut butter.
If you'd like your smoothie a little sweeter, add in 1 Tbsp. honey
