Buffalo Chicken Salad
This Buffalo Chicken salad has the PERFECT combination of diced chicken, classic buffalo wing flavors, creamy mayonnaise, crunchy celery, carrots and bleu cheese crumbles. Serve on top of a salad, as a dip with crackers, on toast, make into a sandwich or spinach wrap or enjoy on romaine lettuce leaves.

1 rotisserie chicken (~4 cups chicken), diced 1/2 cup red onion, diced 3 stalks celery, diced 1 large carrot, peeled and diced 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup buffalo sauce 1 tsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. dried dill 1/4 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper, to taste garnish with: bleu cheese crumbles, bleu cheese dressing, ranch dressing, avocado, green onions, etc.

Mix all of the salad ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings, as desired.
