Sweet and Spicy Peach BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 t dried basil
  • 2 T garlic minced
  • 1 T Lemon juice fresh
  • 4 large peaches pitted, skin removed, cut in half (should equal ~2-3 cups)
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 4 T Sriracha sauce
  • 1 small jalapeno diced
  • 3 T EVOO
  • salt and pepper To Taste TT

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. If too thick, add 1/4 cup water.
  2. Heat sauce in a medium sized saucepan if you would like to consume warm. Enjoy!
