Ingredients

CAESAR DRESSING

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

MEDITERRANEAN/GREEK DRESSING

  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped (1 tsp. dried)
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

LEMON POPPYSEED DRESSING

RASPBERRY VINIAGRETTE

  • 1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

HEALTHY RANCH

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

JALAPENO HONEY MUSTARD

Instructions

For the vinaigrette dressings:

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Or you can combine all ingredients in a mason jar and give it a nice shake until combined so you don’t have to dirty a bowl!  Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. Makes ~1 cup.

For the creamy dressings:

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Store in jar or container for up to 1 week. Or you can combine all ingredients in a mason jar and give it a nice shake until combined so you don’t have to dirty a bowl! Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Makes ~1 cup.

For the raspberry vinaigrette:

  • In a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired. Store in a mason jar or airtight container for 1-2 weeks. Makes ~1 cup.

Note: you can make any dressing in the food processor if you’d like a more smooth consistency.
