Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, toss the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Set aside.
1 rotisserie chicken (~3-4 cups cooked shredded chicken), 3/4 cup Frank's buffalo sauce (or more as desired)
In a powerful blender, blend the cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder and parsley. Blend until smooth.
1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. parsley, dried, 2 tsp. garlic, minced, 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. salt
Pour the cottage cheese mixture onto the chicken.
Add the cheddar cheese, then stir to combine.

Spray a medium sized oven safe baking dish with cooking spray. Add the buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle with a little more shredded cheese on top. Cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes with the foil on or until warmed through. During the last 3-4 minutes, remove the foil and broil until the cheese on top gets browned and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions, bleu cheese crumbles, ranch dressing, etc. Serve with pita chips, celery, baby carrots, tortilla chips, or Fritos.
