Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted shelled pistachios
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil
  • 2 fresh cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place pistachios into food processor and blend. Then add in all remaining ingredients until smooth. Adjust salt/pepper/oils if necessary. Enjoy!
