This 25-minute Creamy Sun Dried Tomato and Spinach Orzo is bursting with flavors, tender orzo pasta, fresh spinach, vibrant lemon zest, and Parmesan cheese.

To make, melt the butter in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the shallot, season with salt, and stir until fragrant, for 2-3 minutes.

Add the garlic and chili flakes and stir for 30 seconds.

Add the lemon zest, orzo, and sun-dried tomatoes and stir to combine.

Add the broth and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, until the pasta is al dente.

Add in the spinach, basil, parmigiano reggiano, lemon juice, and cream.
