My Peanut Butter Cup Protein Ice Cream made in the Ninja Creami is proof that ice cream can be part of your health goals!

You'll only need 5 simple ingredients to make this creamy, tasty, protein-packed, peanut buttery pint!

To make, add the milk, powdered peanut butter, protein powder and pudding mix to an empty CREAMi™ Pint.

Whisk ingredients together, or I like using a milk frother to incorporate it.

Freeze the pint on a level surface in the freezer, with the lid off, for 24 hours.

Assemble pint container in Ninja Creami machine and select Lite Ice Cream.

Use a spoon to create a small hole in the center, about 1 ½ inches wide. Place your the mini peanut butter cups and creamy peanut butter in the center.

Run the mix-in program one time.
