All you'll need is one mug, one over ripe banana that's hanging out on your counter, a few common pantry staple baking ingredients and a couple minutes in the microwave!

Enjoy practically right out of the microwave with more chocolate chips on top, a peanut butter drizzle, or even a scoop of ice cream on top!

To make, mash the banana in a 12-14 oz. microwave safe mug.

Stir in the sugar, butter, milk and vanilla until mixed.

Then add in the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix just until combined.

Stir well getting the bottoms and the sides to get any flour pockets, but try not to over mix.

Then fold in chocolate chips.

Microwave for 90 seconds, check for doneness and microwave in short bursts for another 20-45 seconds or until cake is set.
