Oriental Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup julienne carrots
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 T soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 serrano chili peppers
  • 2 T fresh basil chopped
  • optional: shredded chicken and ramen without seasoning packet
  • 1 T. toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients together in a bowl, top with sesame seeds.
