Fresh Fig Balsamic

Ingredients

cup
fresh figs
quartered
1/2
white onion
diced
2
cloves
garlic
chopped

dark brown sugar
1/3
cup
balsamic
1/4
cup
water
pinch
of salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Then let balsamic mixture simmer for ~30 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before storing in fridge.
