gather your ingredients
whisk together the dry ingredients
cream butter & sugars. Add in eggs, lemon zest, juice & vanilla. Add dry ingredients and then fold in blueberries
flatten out dough into a disk
add cheesecake filling
wrap dough around the filling
bake!
