Jalapeño Popper Cheese Football
add softened cream cheese and seasonings to a bowl
use a hand mixer to blend together until smooth
add in the cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions and jalapeños.
Stir until fully incorporated.
transfer to a baking sheet and shape the cheese ball into a football shape. Flattening it out, and somewhat pinching the edges. Place in fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
make the toasted breadcrumb mixture
slightly press the breadcrumb mixture into the cheese so it sticks. Make sure the cheese is completely coated!
serve with chips, veggies and your favorite game day snacks!
if you are not serving for game day, you can shape into a regular cheese ball shape!
