This Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is perfectly sweet, studded with mini chocolate chips and regular chocolate chips, has a soft and smooth irresistible texture that will be easy to happily enjoy by the spoon full!

Enjoy as is, mixed into vanilla bean ice cream, with brownies, layered in a cake or blitzed into a milkshake!

To make, spread both flours onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat and bake for 7 minutes in the oven or until the flour reaches 160F then let it cool.

Use a hand held mixer to cream together the butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar. Then add in the milk, vanilla and salt and mix again. Gradually add in the heat treated flours.

Add in the chocolate chips.

Fold with a silicone spatula until fully incorporated.
