slice flank steak thinly & against the grain

place in a bowl

add in cornstarch, baking soda and soy sauce

combine and set aside for 10 min.

sear beef in batches in hot canola oil

cook garlic & ginger then add in ingredients for the sauce

add beef back in and add in green onions and red green chili peppers

cook 3-4 minutes. Sauce will thicken and become glossy

easy, flavorful and better than takeout!
