combine dry ingredients

set aside

melt Andes mints, chocolate chips and butter 

stir in vanilla extract off heat. Set aside to cool. 

whisk eggs and sugars in a stand mixer 3-4 min.

stir in the chocolate mixture 

add in the dry ingredients 

fold just until combined 

chill in fridge 10 min.

scoop and bake! 

allow cookies to cool. Top with Andes mint and flaky sea salt
