CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES
wash, peel and slice potatoes
cover potatoes with water to prevent browning while you prepare the rest
make the cheese sauce
add cheese sauce followed by potatoes and repeat until ingredients are used up!
top with more cheese, cover and bake
let rest 30 min. then slice & serve
