make the seasoning: dried oregano, basil, parsley, onion and garlic powder, salt & pepper
pat salmon dry to draw out excess moisture
add seasoning to salmon
place in an oiled cast iron skillet with lemon slices & bake for ~12 minutes
meanwhile make the Mediterranean Salad
top the salmon with kalamata olives, feta and heirloom tomatoes
serve with the pearl couscous salad and enjoy!
