To make, add the honey, chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, tomato paste, vinegar/lime juice, chicken broth, garlic, smoked paprika, chipotle chili powder, cumin, onion powder, ancho chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil to the slow cooker.

Whisk to combine.
