To make, line a plate or small baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, crispy rice cereal, almond flour, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion and roll the mixture into balls.
