These Funfetti Cookie Bars are soft, easy to make and taste like childhood in a bar!

They are full of funfetti flavor, white chocolate chips and Golden Oreos!

Whisk the all-purpose flour, cake flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer.

Add in the eggs, egg yolks and cake batter extract and blend until mixed.

Turn the mixture down to a slow setting and gradually add in the flour mixture.

Add in 15 of the Oreos, white chocolate chips and sprinkles and mix just until combined.

Press dough evenly into the pan then add the remaining Oreos on top. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

Cool bars completely before cutting into squares and enjoy!
